At Lil & Dot, each piece is made to order in collaboration with our trusted UK production partners. This ensures that every item is crafted with care, precision, and attention to detail — just for you.

Production Time

Each order is handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 working days for production before dispatch.
During busy periods (such as the festive season), this may take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Delivery

Once your item has been made, it will be shipped directly from our UK studio partners.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• UK Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days

• International Delivery: 7–14 working days (customs times may vary)

Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary slightly depending on your location and postal service.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the items in your order.

Packaging

Your order will arrive in simple, eco-friendly packaging made from recyclable kraft materials. While packaging may be minimal, each piece is carefully wrapped and protected to ensure it arrives safely.
We’re working toward introducing our own custom packaging in the future as Lil & Dot grows.

Customs & Import Taxes

For international customers, customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Delays or Missing Parcels
