Returns & Refunds

At Lil & Dot, every piece is handmade to order by our trusted production partner, here in the UK. We hope you’ll love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Personalised & Handmade Items

Because each product is handmade to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that are not faulty. Please take a moment to review product details, sizes, and images carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can put things right.
You can reach us at hello@lilanddotengland.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and photographs if possible. In most cases, our team will be able to resolve the issue quickly via email.

If a return is required, we’ll guide you through the process and provide the appropriate return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Cancellations

Each item is handmade to order, and production begins shortly after purchase. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing it.
After this time, materials and production have already begun, so a cancellation may incur a small charge or may not be possible.

Refunds

If your return is approved for a faulty or damaged item, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

  • Custom-made and personalised items

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Used or worn items not reported as faulty

Packaging & Quality

Every Lil & Dot item is handmade by our trusted UK partners with care and attention to detail. Slight variations in texture or colour are part of the artisanal process and make each piece unique.
